Jim Sands came the next day to assess our needs, estimate the cost of the work, and let us know when his crew would likely be able to start. With all the recent rains delaying work around the area, this crew just worked extra hard and fast between storms to meed customer's needs and time frames. The crew showed up with 5 men, plus Jim and made the needed upgrades and repairs in less than 1 day. They were an exceptional, hard-working, skilled and productive crew. When they finished, they left the area spotless. Pricing was more than fair, and Jim Sands and his entire crew were a joy to work with. He added the bathroom exterior vents that were not on the original request and still finished the job in 1 day. We were more than pleased and impressed with this company. Jim stayed with his crew the entire time, except for a run to pick up needed parts. His crew never slowed or wavered while he was gone.
