They were not on time and not on budget. They left materials around our house. The concrete bags were left everywhere. The crown molding and trim was left in our house not attached. They have continual excuses on why they couldn't perform the job. I had to prepay for all materials for $6,500 and they are still not delivered. They did not have a building permit was sought for the work on my house. The building inspector shut the project down. The footers were not built to code. The substandard frame was left attached to the house. He has not lived up to any codes or standards for county standards. He was a real nice guy, but no truth in his promises to job completion or the product as promised. You will run into complete budget overruns, regardless of the quote in writing.
Description of Work: I wanted them to come out and build a deck, install French Doors, repair some electrical, fix water damage in 3 locations, and underpin the house.
