The service was wonderful. It took less than a week to get it back. I did drop it off and they do provide a loaner if they have one available. I would say that we have used them for six or seven years and we had not had any issues. They do good work, they are honest and we had not have any issues with them since we have been using them.

They gave me the opportunity to buy my parts from another man on the other side of Knoxville at 1/4 the price, but I couldn't get there and he didn't deliver. So we ordered from BMW. I thought it was great though that he gave me the opportunity to save so much money. I signed up for his newsletter and got an email for $15 off any service, so by the time the parts came I could use that coupon. They were also able to fix my rear window defrosters which even two BMW specialists couldn't fix! Amazing! And cheap to boot.
The man at the counter, Ray, was about the friendliest, most personable guy I've ever met. All in all, I was delighted with their service and professionalism. I'll never take my cars anywhere else!

This was for another managment member who was visiting our plant and was a bit worried about taking his BMW to a small shop (not very profesional looking building) but had a failure while away from home on business.
The reviews on Angies list looked good and his BMW mechanic in Georgia said they guy had all the right answers when he talked with him.
Rebuilt transmission and on the test drive said they had an issue and Kept it a day longer than expected but fixed the issue. It has been a month and no problems.
Overall they did a good job.

Allen kept me up to date on all work done, calling before they did anything. They also changed my oil. He offered to hold off on some work if I wanted them to. I chose to get it all done at once since I travel a lot and ddn't want to get stranded. I have a 2006 Toyoto Avalon.

He is very thorough and quick, and takes care of your car right away. His prices are comparable with anybody else’s. We are very happy with him. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future.
