Dr. Dukes and her staff are excellent!  The office was very clean, spacious and there were no other animals waiting. My poodle and I were taken back quickly and treated very well. The staff interacted with our poodle and she responded to their kindness and gentleness. Dr. Dukes gave me all the time I needed to ask questions about the tests and results. I was also very pleased to be able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling. Unavailability of appointments was the primary reason we left our former vet. We have another poodle and she is already scheduled for an appointment.  We are so pleased to have found Dr. Dukes.

It's great.  I always go there (for five to six years now).  Great professionalism.  They will help me get her in and out because she is a 90 pound German Shepard. 

The entire staff genuinely enjoys and cares about animals. We have been taking our dogs there since we moved here in 2006. Dr. Laura Devlin has sold the practice and Dr. Brandi Dukes has owned the practice for the past several years. During our most recent visit she spent a lot of time covering issues related to Gracie and we talked about our family preparing to adopt another dog in the future. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

One reason we chose this practice was because they had the AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association )accreditation. They have ultrasound and other equipment on site that other vet practices may not have. They also are able to do some of the lab work in house.

I have been satisfied to everything they have done. They do their job well. Whenever I need to see the veterinarian, they get me in. They will squeeze me in in case of emergency.

Overall it is a great place to take your animals I will continue to take my animals there.

The entry is very similar to most vets with exams rooms directly off of it which is nice. Vet seemed perfectly comfortable with our dog and he eventually became comfortable with her. No issues on exam, vet asked good questions and seemed to genuinely listen to my responses (we moved before so this problem my 4th vet). Administered shots with no issues gave me a good idea of expected side effects and then took our dog to have his nails trimmed and we were done.
Price wise this was much lower than I had prepared myself for which was a nice surprise.

They are great. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Doctor Laura and Doctor Becky are both great. Young, enthusiastic about the latest treatments, with excellent equipment, they're very good at their job. They've taken great care of our dog Daisy, and are conscientious about following up on her ailments. They're a touch pricey, but definitely the best vets in South Knoxville.

Boyd Creek Animal Clinic was a fabulous facility. It was very spacious and clean. Actually, it is a Hollywood for animals that is staffed with some of the most skilled tech's around. They are very dedicated to caring for the pets. They have private walks, patios, baths and grooming available.
