It went great! We called the serviceman because the heat wasn't working. It was a particularly cold week, and we had over 200 kids coming in for karate classes. He came by right away, diagnosed the problem, was able to bypass the problem with a temporary fix so we could have a moderate amount of heat so we could hold our classes. When the new part came in, he came and installed it right away. We were extremely pleased with his services, and highly recommend this company!
