Contacted them on 7/07/11. They knew exactly what I needed and promised to bring the new unit to my home at 10:00 am on 7/08/11. They arrived on time, finished the job, checked the heat and ac unit for the main part of the house(at no charge) , loaded the old unit to haul away and were finished before 10:45. The young men were very knowledgeable, professional and very well mannered. I would recommend them highly.

Horrible from start to finish. The end of the story was Tony Turner finally came to my house and said I needed a new unit, (this was before I called another company), and it would be around $2200. I certainly did not need a new unit when another company fixed the problem.
