Fantastic. The guys were on time, kept the house in order at all times. They replaced the top floor front to back. 3 bed/2ba house, liv/din/kit.. very pleased with the finished product. Crew was very knowledgeable, and explained step by step what needed to be done. Honest and straight to the point, answered any questions we had simple enough to be understood. Will definitely use them again when it's time for more renos!

A+maintenance remodeled 2 bathrooms in our townhouse. We do not live in Knoxville so was very apprehensive about the remodel because we live so far away. Austin promptly answered all my texts every day and sent plenty of pics as the work progressed. We will hire him again to remodel the kitchen.

They replaced all of our ceilings, and they put a walk-in shower in the master bedroom. They did a great job and they will always be there when they say they will be!

It went extremely well. This was not just four walls and molding; the room has a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace, French doors (10 lumens on each door) into the formal sitting room, a 15-lumen half-French door into my home office, full-door-sized louvered plantation shutters, and very intricate varnished base and crown molding. Austin and Steven took it all on and did an absolutely fantastic job. They listened to everything I told them I wanted, they asked the right questions, went to work, and delivered a living room that “pops” and gives me exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. I walk around the room, looking at it from all sorts of different angles and look at how it absolutely “flows” into the adjoining rooms and simply lifts the entire ground floor to another level…A lot of energy, excellent communication between them, and overall first-rate working environment. They worked neatly, respected my property, and were good to share my house with for the 4-5 days it took to complete the project. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an absolute first-class experience…

After about a year of looking up at holes in our kitchen ceiling, following an upstairs plumbing leak, I did a search for drywall repair and out of the 3 options Angie's List provided, Austin was the only one to contact me, review the repair and offer an estimate. I appreciated his effort, vetted his other reviews and accepted his quote. Austin was very timely, professional and able to complete the complete repair in 4 days. Our kitchen is back to whole! I will hire him again!
