Wears Valley Carpet & Blinds

We hired this company based on a personal relationship with the owner. The owner assured us he had completed many high-end master bathroom remodels. In November 2013 demolition started. It is now July 2014 and the project isn't completed and we are in discussions with our attorney. While the master bathroom turned out nice, neither the owner nor his crew would show up for weeks at a time. Multiple times he promised to have a crew at the project to complete it, we would make plans to be home, and they did not show. The first crew he sent didn't appear to have a clue of what they were doing. The cabinets weren't leveled when installed. Just beware, this company might be okay to install your tile but don't use them for anything else.

We talked and he gave me a date and said he would get his guys out and come over.  It got to be the afternoon and he called and apologised but one of his mens Dads had a heart attack died. He had to cover his jobs. He called the next day a.m. and said he would be out that afternoon. Showed up at 12:30 with another young man he came in looked at what I had and what I wanted to do and went to it. I never asked for a price ahead of time because you can geta feel for someone and thats half the battle. They finished quickly and were very clean picking up all the scraps. The piece was a little short that they switched out. He told me that they would take a piece of my carpet and try to match mine. He called me a few days latter and said they had the piece they came out fixed it and were gone. GREAT job clean neat and reasonable.
