Tennessee Watering Systems

Description of Work: We called Terry to come and install an irrigation system in our 3/4 acre yard, he met with us and went over pricing options and what would be best for our grass areas and flower bed areas. He spent 2-3 hours going over what would be the most cost effective but most of all the best quality for our watering needs. Terry made out drawings and diagrams of our system, did detailed research to make the job safe, and was here overseeing the work from start to finish. The employees were great and very personable. We felt very safe with Terry and his employees here because they were either all firemen and or paramedics. They all knew the job very well. Each one would take the time to explain what he was doing. Even though they were digging in the yard and flowers beds they took great care in disturbing the very least they had to. Once the system was installed and tested,TWS made every effort to restore my yard back to the original look. No trash was left, dirt was put back where it needed to be, and a follow up visit was performed to make sure the system was running smoothly. TWS has a maintenance contract which gets me discounted materials if repairs are ever needed and they close the system by using an industrial air compressor to blow out the water so it won't freeze in the winter. In the spring they will come and open my system and make needed adjustments to maximize my system. Great company, great employees and owner, and a great irrigation system.
