I've used Riverbend a few times now for my rental cabin. I don't live in the area so it's important for me to find contractors that are reliable. Anna and Fred are a great team! Anna handles scheduling and correspondence, and Fred executes the work. Super easy to communicate with and ALWAYS show up. Yesterday, I had an appointment and even though Fred was held up at the previous job he still came by my cabin to look at my washing . My cabin gets a lot of traffic, so the appliances take a beating. Additionally, Riverbend does not overcharge or create extra issues to upcharge.

Riverbend home repair has been so quick and reliable. My husband and I own a cabin and live too far away to check on issues ourselves, but riverbend home repair has been our go to for any appliance issues or miscellaneous repairs we have needed. They have been quick to respond and prompt to send someone out to assess and fix the issue. We are grateful for this awesome company to help us with our property when we are in need. Also can’t beat the price!

Brad came in and look at my (LG) washer, it had been making a noise during the spin cycle. I had to show him how to use the spin cycle without turning the washer completely on, we put clothes in it so he could hear the noise. He said he was not sure what it was, he said he could order shocks, but he was not sure that was what it was. He looked at the dryer and did not say much. When I made the appointment, I told Anna (his wife) that I needed the dryer cleaned out, I also told her they were stacked. She said that would not be a problem. I did not want Brad to order the shocks if he was not sure what it was, I paid him $75.00 to come out to my house. I told him I need the dryer cleaned out and he just looked at me and didn't say anything. He then left. The next day I called Anna and she said they could still order the shocks if I wanted them too. I told her if he was not sure what the problem was then I do not want to pay for the shocks. I also told her that he did not clean my dryer as I requested. She said she forgot to put it on the repair order. She said she would talk with Brad and get back with me and never did. "We do apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectation. We are honest and knowledgeable (not perfect) about the work we do. We refuse to take advantage of our customers by installing parts that may not fix the issue even if the customer tell us to. FRED heard a tapping noise while the washer was spinning but the machine was functioning properly. FRED said that it could be the shocks that maybe wearing out due to the age of the machine. He said he could replace them. [Member Name Removed] said didn’t want to if not sure. FRED then ran the Dryer that made a very loud noise and was going to take it apart to fix it and She said No her son was coming and he would fix it. Then she asked him to maintenance it which would entail us take it apart to clean the inside which he did not do because she didn’t want it fixed. She called the next day and stated her dissatisfaction and I(Anna) told her we would come back and repair and maintenance Dryer and she said She never wanted him to step foot back in her house again and was going to give us a bad review."

They quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered parts. Were back within a week and the fridge was repaired within 30 minutes. It is working great again.
