Ridge Valley Heating & Air

Our air  conditioner is older and has been giving us problems for a couple of years so we have called these guys around three times in the last year or so.  They are wonderful; very prompt and don't waste any time. Come exactly when they say they will. Come in get the job done and out of your way in no time.  Know exactly what they are doing. Always going out of their way to save us money! I have never called them that they didn't come within 24 hours and pull into our house at exactly the time they said they would  come.  Once we needed a part so they ordered it, got it in and were able to put it into our air conditioner before I even left for work the next morning.  I just can't say enough good things about them.  They are amazing and you will be totally satisfied with their service. Call them; you won't be sorry.

Bought a house two years ago and decided to have the unit checked out. Come to find out, Ridge Valley actually installed it. Technician was great! I highly recommend them. They sincerely care for their customers. They're prompt and thorough. Highly recommend!

Ridge Valley Heating and Air came out to service our system. They found that my duct system was not sized properly and made some changes that has tremendously helped the temperature in the home to be more even in all the rooms. Extremely happy to have called them out. They really understand there profession and are great at diagnosing your problems.

After a pipe froze and broke we were told water got into some of the ducts. I called Ridge Valley and they went right to the home and replaced five water damaged ducts.

Absolutely perfect.  The home is old, so the wiring/electrical needed updated, and they took care of everything for us, in addition to installing a new heat pump and duct work.  There was a lot of work to do, and they did it fast and efficiently.  We are beyond pleased with their service.

We have had out house on a rental program for the last year so we are doing a lot of catch up right now. They had installed a new heat pump for me and they neglected to hook something up so the unit was not working correctly. They have worked for my parents for years and I have used them too.
