My air conditioning went out at my bakery. It was hot! We primarily sell cupcakes, which are very perishable in heat. I talked to two ProTech servicemen who were genuinely friendly, and concerned about getting my air conditioning repaired as soon as they could. They worked to put my business ahead of other calls because they realized the heat would destroy my product. The thing is, I didn't have to make that statement to them. They immediately recognized the urgency and took the initiative to help. I've used this HVAC company for both my bakery's (Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, TN). They've always taken great care of us and went above and beyond in their services to our business.

Initially, we were pleased with the prompt service that Kevin at Pro-Tech  provided.  They came out within a few hours of our call.  He came highly recommended from our handyman.  The service tech had a very difficult time finding the property.  I spent 15 minutes on the phone repeating directions to the house and eventually just talked him through the directions as he drove to the cabin.  I provided all of the information that I had regarding the issue, but told the tech to thoroughly examine the unit b/c I am obviously not an expert.  He called me back after an hour and told me that he suspected a bad breaker.  He stated that he didn't have one in his vehicle, so I gave him directions to the closest hardware store.  He called me back an hour later and said that the breaker was replaced.  The next day, our handyman went by the cabin to make sure that the unit was still functioning and it was not.  He felt responsible because he made the recommendation.  He called Kevin to discuss the issue and Kevin became very aggressive and yelled at him.  Later that day, we got our bill for $209.  Also later that day I called Hylton Heating and Air and they were amazing.  They came to the cabin.  They were professional and they replaced the breaker that had supposedly been replaced 2 days earlier.  I was not at the property, so I told the Hylton tech that someone had just replaced the breaker.  He told me that it did not look like a new breaker.  Since Hylton replaced the breaker, things have been working perfectly.  I would never recommend Pro-Tech to anyone?unless they are craving a headache and an empty wallet for nothing!

The maintence checks and repair went very well.  Very happy with the service. Highly recommend

Poor performance overall.  Poor attention to detail. Low quality product. Rude and unprofessional.  I eventually asked them not to come back and hired another company to finish the job and correct several things.

They did the job. They did not follow up on extra questions but that is not a big deal. They did fix the issue.
