Tony had come recommended by the home inspector I had inspect the property prior to purchase.
Tony met me at the property at the scheduled time, reviewed the inspection report and inspected the plumbing system personally.
He emailed me the estimate the next day and we scheduled a date and time to start repairs.
Tony was at work on time. The first thing he did was set up a work table to organize the tools and supplies he would need for each repair/installation. He worked straight through the day and was able to accomplish 90% of the work that day. He did run into a situation with one of the bathroom drains that require additional parts. He was back the very next morning with the part and installed it promptly. At each repair/installation site, he cleaned and vacuumed and debris created by the work. He noticed that my washing machine and dryer were not connected so he connected them as a courtesy. They were not on the original bid and he did not charge me for the work.
Tony is extremely professional, very pleasant to work with and reasonable in his price vis-a-vis the quality of his work.
Tony will definitely be the provider of my plumbing needs for the foreseeable future.
