They finished it in one day. There is a girl over there, Katy, she was kind of a trouble shooter, and she would call and make sure that person was there and then she followed up to make sure everything was okay. They were very nice and very professional. Their service was excellent. I couldn’t talk to a lot of them because they spoke Spanish and I don’t but the head guy did and it made that easy because I would go to him and he would tell them so it worked out fine. They did an excellent job with everything. It took them about a day and a half. They took all the carpet that was ruined but they took excellent care of it. I have used them before and I was pleased and that is why I went back to them for the carpet. The price was excellent because the Stainmaster and the pads were on sale and I really liked Stain master and it was a cheaper price than it normally is, because of the sale. I liked them. I had a good pad put down. They were just very cooperative because I wanted them to go into one closet. They came in on a Thursday to let me know that it was not in stock and they would let me know when it does. As it did, it came in early and as soon as it got there, they put it in. So originally it was going to be ten days to two weeks but they did it in five days because they pulled it from another store. It would not have been their fault if it was not there but apparently they looked around until they found it, so they had to call around quite a bit. They got here, they didn’t sit around and mess around or drink the coffee or anything else like that, they were here that morning and they had finished completely in maybe just four hours so they just took off with it. It was a team and they worked as a team. They were very punctual. I was impressed that they did find that carpet for me.

I was not too impressed with their work. They put tile over an air conditioning vent. Some of the grout has been coming up since then in spots.

I was very pleased with their work. I liked the Armstrong flooring they used. It was all done very well.

I could not find any other installers I felt comfortable so I used Lowes to do this job. The installation was extremely messy in my home; they did not use drop cloths and I was completely caught off guard about it. They did not clean it up; I had to clean it up. All in all it was really a bad thing. I will not use them again in the future.
