He bought materials at very competitive prices and passed the savings on to me.
The work he did was over 40' off the ground, so it wasn't something anybody could do or would do. In fact, I had to go thru six contractors before I found Ken and that was thru referral from another builder who was too busy to get to my project within six months.
Ken started two days after I called him and stayed with it thru completion. In fact, I added a number of additional projects after he started.. He did them all with real professionalism and never once tried to take advantage of me when I added another project to the list, which many contract do.
