The people we dealt with, Office worker, sales rep, and the 2 bug guys, were helpful, friendly, and professional. I have a year contract with them and so far, I have been very pleased.

We have had a continuing contract with Johnson Pest Control for more than 10 years. They have always provided reliable, prompt and courteous service, particularly for mice and other rodents in our remotes and wooded location. They have also quickly dealt with hornets that nested under out deck. As is obvious from our continuing contract with them, we are pleased with their performance.

We regret that you were not comfortable with the pricing for your program, you did have our elite bundled package, which provides protection on your home to over 25 pest included termites and most specialty pest. We have many options available and are always happy to work with our customers to find a program that fits their needs. We take our service very seriously, and if there is ever any question as to if a service has been completed we have GPS verification which allows us to verify the time a technician arrives and leaves your home. We can provide this information to customers if any doubt arises. It is always our goal to find a solution to your needs that works within your budget.
