+ -1 moreThis was a great company but they have changed their business model. They are not interested in fixing your equipment just replacing it even when it is not needed. Don’t trust these guys. Maintenance plan is just there to quote you new equipment. Told me I needed three new systems when actually an 800 dollar repair fixed the problem. They wanted $2000. All a plan to get you to purchase new equipment. By the way their quote for the new equipment was over $6000 higher than a competitor.
