From the moment we contacted him to the day of completion we felt like everything went very smoothly. He was good about keeping in touch with us on the scheduling aspect. They showed up when they was suppose to and worked very efficently. We had snow coming in so they came one day a little earlier after our approval and worked straight through their lunch in order to keep the scheduled completion on time. All his workers were friendly and picked up after themselves. A couple things that really impressed us and caused us to hire him:
1- Mr. Holt seemed very knowledgeable and was able to give us a couple options as to the layout of the unit and ducts
2-Mr Holt seemed like he was very honest, we had a couple other quotes and his seemed like the fairest (one company's quote
was $3,000.00 higher)

It was a good experience. The stuff they put in is much more efficient than what we had and we got to take advantage of a government tax rebate.
