It went very well from the initial phone call to his leaving my house. After he identified what was wrong he suggested that we see if this takes care of it. If not he said to call him & he will get the part ordered & when it comes in he will come & put it on & not charge us another service fee. He looked up the cost of the part before he left so I would know what to expect if it is needed. I had been told that he was known to be an honest businessman, that is why I went with him. They came about 3 hours after I placed a call requesting service. That is not bad since this is a really busy time of year for them. They were here about 30 minutes. I have asked them to come back to give us a price on adding a unit for our basement area. I will let you know how this goes.
