Outstanding job.

I own a rental cabin in Sevierville, TN that is a rental that needed staining. I got an estimate while I was down there. Within a month, it was stained.

I contacted Mr. LC Chambers about 6 weeks before I wanted to have my rental cabin stained and we discussed the job.  LC got the key to our rental from the rental agency and did the estimate the next day.  I received the quote in the mail a few days later.  LCs crew applied two coats of stain (he gave advice about what type to stain to use but ultimately it was my choice of type and color).  I told LC that I wanted Behr weather proof stain available at Home Depot.  I also gave him the color number for that as well as my shutter and door colors.  LC and i discussed which 10 days to block off on the rental program.  We agreed on a start date and I called the rental agency and blocked the dates for him to start.  He and his crew powerwashed the outside of the home using bleach and TSP so there would be a clean / mildew free surface to put down stain. 
As we got closer to the date, I called to make sure "we were on track" and he told me that everything was going according to plan and that the stain had been purchased (by the way, LC picks up the stain and supplies at Home Depot and sends the receipts so you can see exactly what he paid - that was what I paid).
The job was to start on a Monday.  My phone rang Sunday evening and my forst thought was that he was calling to cancel.....just the opposite - he was calling to assure me that, as we agreed 6 weeks ago, his crew would be at the home at 8AM and start.  I dont think a contractor has ever called to confirm ahead of time so i was very impressed.  Over the next couple of days, LC called me a few times asking me about this detail or that, again, I was impressed.  I got a call 8 days later telling me that he had called the rental agency and asked that they put my place back into the rental pool, he was finished.
His total quote was very reasonable and the quality of the job was top notch!  A real pleasure to do business with
