It was easy to make an appointment with this small business.  The owner came with his assistant.  They were on time. They did a thorough job and answered all of my questions.  They helped me understand how we can get the most efficient use of our stove in a safe way.  They suggested some other safety ideas. They were very pleasant and professional.  They did a clean job.  I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again and I recommend their service to friends.

When he leaves you'll know you and your chimney are safe from chimney fires. He also can give you helpful suggestions for using your fireplace and/or stove safely and efficiently. He can tell you if your wood is seasoned enough for safe use.

They are wonderful. He is very professional. There is no dust or dirt left. He covers everything. He is very friendly. I asked him about the quality about the wood I was using, and he went out into my backyard and looked at my wood. He told me that I had a few pieces that were too soft, which was something he did not have to do. I would absolutely use him every year and he is very knowledgeable about what he does.

Pleasant and professional. Found moderate build-up -- we used our Buck stove a lot last year. Also answered questions any and all questions. Left the living room as clean as when he arrived. I'm so glad to have found Black Bear and will use them every year. There's normally a transportation charge to come to Knoxville but Mark(?) waived that charge because he was coming to this area anyway. He also cleaned gratis the vent to our clothes drier as suggested in Angies List magazine Highly recommended!!
