Pool and Spa Servicing
We bought a spa that did not work properly nor met our expectations after installation. Multiple attempts to remedy the problems in a timely manner were done without success. In order to fix the situation to our satisfaction, the store took the spa back and allowed us to choose another type of spa that would meet our expectations. They put customer satisfaction first, and stood behind the product they sold us. I would refer anyone looking for a spa or any other product they sell, to visit their store and talk to Doug.
