Hooked up my refrigerator to a 220 Watt line blew out all the motors Hooked up a 220 watt baseboard heater to a 110 line Promised to install separate electrical connection for my backup generator - never did it - had to pay another electrician to install forgot to put insulation in the roof never put house wrap on the home built two floor deck with no footing or cement under pillars built an extension on the house over a deck with no footers - room has sunk over the years 6 inches will cost over $5,000 to level out -when realized room was sinking, requested owner of American Home Builders to come and look at the problem, said a year had past, not responsible. put in wall to wall rugs in bedrooms without stretching carpets did not inform owner that in a walkout basement he would put 3 pillars down the middle of the room - had another builder put in a laminate beam so that middle pillar could be taken out and have a large open area - cost was minor. put in a heat pump in the attic that leaked and the bedroom ceiling fell in because of all the water installed 23of the cheapest possible windows that leaked like a sieve - had owner known would have requested better quality windows promised a hidden ladder access to garage attic - never happened under estimated the cost of excavating for the house by over $5,000.00 Had to replace walk out basement door because header was bowing All the cement work in front of the house (driveway, sidewalks) have shifted, cracked, heaved within the first year. Outside door from going onto deck had to be rehung Individuals working for contractor over all were not very professional except for carpenter ( one woman left female hygiene products on the property) In my opinion would not let this contractor build a dog house
