Serving East Tennessee for over 20 years and offering over 40+ years experience, American Fireplaces is locally owned and operated. We have our own installers and service team, but regularly sell product "out the door" to contractors and homeowners. All orders require a signed estimate, 50% deposit and final balance upon completion or delivery. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover. We do not offer any financing.

"I REGRET THAT THE MEMBER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OUR COMPANY. WE HAVE A STRICT POLICY IN PLACE THAT ALL PHONE CALLS ARE TO BE RETURNED IN 24 HOURS. WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT FULL PAYMENT UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE, SO OBVIOUSLY THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO LET ANYTHING SIT UNFINISHED FOR 3 MONTHS. UNFORTUNATELY, I ONLY RECENTLY BECAME AWARE OF THIS SITE. TWO YEARS IS A LITTLE LONG TO TRY TO ADDRESS THE MEMBER'S CONCERNS. I DID CHECK OUR RECORDS BUT THE INVOICE MUST BE UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME. I ENCOURAGE THE MEMBER TO CALL US IN THE FUTURE WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS AND APOLOGIZE FOR ANY FRUSTRATION."
