Vegas Sparkles

The first scheduled appointment, they didn't show up. Appt. was at 9:00 am,, I received a phone call at 9:03, while I was at work (no msg). My son was at the house waiting for them to show up. They called back and left a msg at 9:30 am that the girl was sick. We rescheduled for Saturday at 10:30, she showed up after 11:00. By the time she got started it was about 11:15 am. She left right at 2:00 pm, so her actual work time was about 2 hrs and 35 minutes (minus the phone call and showing up so late).

It’s a husband and wife team and they did a great job.  I don’t know whether they got there on time or not; I just left them a key to the house.  However, they did call me to confirm the key was there at the time they were supposed to be there.  I think they did a better job the first time than they did the second time.   The first time I would give them an A but the second time was a B.  They got back to me quickly when I wanted to book them.  I would use them in the future but I would ask for different workers to see if they could do a better job.  It could have been an off day for that couple. 

They speak English. I've been using them about 6 months. I get the same person every time so we get to know each other. She is always on time. She uses Eco-friendly and pet friendly products. I have her for three hours, and I have a list. We get as much as we can in those three hours. They have a great price, and absolute great dependability.

I have been using VegasSparkles, Carole in particular, for over 5 years.  it is one of the joys of my week when I know that Carole is coming to clean.  I have a 21 year old son who lives with me and we don't outgrow this messiness over night. 
Carol cleans my office as well as my home so I am very pleased with her service.  Ok sometimes she runs late but she always calls ahead.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and impossible to book an appointment!I bought a 3 hour cleaning coupon off Living Social and have been calling for 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for Vegas Sparkles to actually come clean my home. The first time the lady answered the phone it was 9am and she said she would not be at her computer until 5pm to schedule an appointment. She recommended I send her an email, which I did, and received a response days later. The second time the same lady answered the phone it was 9am and she AGAIN told me she would not be at her computer until 5pm. I told her it was important I schedule a cleaning and she got frustrated with me telling me her daughter has been having seizures. The professionalism and punctuality was lacking.

I have no doubt that once they actually make it to my house to clean they will do a terrible job and spend the 3 hours cleaning one small area just running down the clock. I highly DO NOT recommend this company!

I had a horrible experience with them.  When a house keeping person comes in, I tell them what to do and leave them to do it. They comply with it. With another company in three hours they do the upstairs and downstairs of my house.  I have a 5 bedroom house and only one bedroom is furnished the remaining 4 are completely empty. There is really nothing to do there. When they come in they have to clean my living room, bedroom, dinning area and two bathrooms which I think should be done in 3 hours. The earlier company used to do the same including the 4 bedrooms in 3 hours. They also used to do my patio.  This lady from Vegas Sparkles barely cleaned my upstairs in three hours.  It took her 3 hours to clean one room. When I got home I expected my house to be clean because when she walked in she was 45 minutes late for the appointment.  I told her what needed to be cleaned and I told her she need not clean the 4 empty bedrooms and I was clear about it.  She only cleaned my bedroom and my bathroom because it was attached.  I called the owner and I asked if they were going to come back and clean and she said no. He said my house was filthy and that's how long it took to clean. I live alone and I am single and have no kids or pets. I travel about 25-40% of time for my job.  I have this other company who cleans and does a phenomenal job in 3 hours or less. She said she could refund my money back but that's not what I wanted. I wanted them to come and finish the job. She emails me this long list of how I was rude and that she was not going to refund me my money and if I file a complaint with anybody she is going to send everybody this email with all my details including my address and phone number. I am still going to file a complaint.  She said she would send it out to every single client and tell them who I am and where I live and what transpired. They left their cleaning supplies and brooms in my house. She tried to also claim that her vacuum cleaner broke down because my carpet destroyed it. I moved into my house only last year and she said my carpet destroyed her vacuum cleaner.  I am also in the process of calling the Better Business Bureau. I don't want my money back I don't want anything; I just want consumers to know not to go with them.  I had another cleaning company come and pick up their mess.
