We had just one little bush to die and we ask them if they would come back and replace it and it's been a struggle to get in touch with them, so their not responsive to coming back to honor their guarantee and then when I told him that I was unhappy about that and I finally did hear from him in a text and he said well if you like to you come and pick the bush up and I said that's not acceptable to me, you need to come, you need to plant the bush and he had said something about well we only guarantee if you have a watering system and I said if you look at the bushes the one on either side the one that died they are thriving we watered faithfully, I think you should honor your guarantee and I haven't heard from him since then.
