The technician showed up on time, did all the necessary work, was very courteous and knowledgeable.

It went very well as he explained my options on the unit that had the freon that was leaking. I could have it recharged and see how long it would take for it to leak out again, or I could replace it. I decided to replace it and we discussed the different brands they carried. I selected one and am waiting for them to contact me when they are ready to come to replace it. I hope this will be soon.

They responded very quickly and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the work they did even though the price was a little steep.

He is always here when we need him. He is very honest and reliable. As far as I know, his price is reasonable as well.

They came in and preformed the services as requested leaving everything great shape when finished.

I used this company for years and years on my air conditioner and heating.  It was a Trane and worked well for 15 years.  It was better when the owner, Mark was the primary technician, but he started sending another guy who lived closer to us.  I got talked into the service contract thing where they clean and inspect the system twice a year for $150.00.  A couple of times, they would have just been there and then something would go wrong, (condensate leakage), no air, etc. and I would call and have to pay another service fee.  My A/C compressor finally died a couple of years ago and I looked at condensors offered by Global, and it was some expensive brand I knew I couldn't afford, so I got a new condensor, when they installed it, they said the systems had not been cleaned in years and they showed me inside. (I never saw how Global did that as they were in the attic to do the heat-and in the yard cleaning the condensor with a hose). Always had to buy alot of freon too.  I gave a "B" because they were an A at first, then dropped to a C. They would charge a trip fee even if they had just been there and didn't find anything, and the air or heat quit working immediately after.  I always had to buy extra freon because there was a leak.

Did a fantastic job.  
Have used them several times.
Would definitely recommend them to others.

Global came out to clean the ventilation system ducts etc. As the house is large with 2 different heating systems, it got expensive. They also sold me on expensive anti fungal spray in response to my complaints of mildew allergic reactions. The improvement was slight. A year later, I called them back, this time for an estimate.
The owner showed up as I was disgusted that the money had been basically wasted. He provided a very thorough (2 hour) examination of the ductwork and furnaces. He found the duct work needed repair that dusty, hot/cold air was being drawn in though the gaps which had not been professionally done by the builders. I learned alot. He advised a $4000 dollar complete reinstallation of the ducts. It was very helpful. I didn't accept his offer and now a further year later, may undertake to patch the existing ducts, handyman style.
The owner explained that his original technicians who came out were not trained in evaluating the system for problems, they were responding to my request to have the ducts cleaned. They didn't hesitate to up sell me for additional services, though. So I feel like they weren't professional, though they were very professional in their work and friendly too. Lesson learned for me. Don't trust the professionals! I have learned this in nearly every field I have dealt with unfortunately.

From the time I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, to the completion of the job, the service has been impressive.The workers always cleaned up after completing the jobs, and they leave things functioning as they should. I will continue to use Global for all my a/c needs.

They were responsive. I had the tech's cell phone number. I called one day after the unit was installed to let them know hand prints and dirt prints were on my freshly painted walls, which we discussed before hand that I was extremely concerned about. They came back and fixed that right away.

They were friendly and informative. The service was provided when promised. I do not have any complaints on the service or the boiler. I would recommend them to others. I was very happy with the service.

We were very satisfied with the work they did for us. The installation went quite smoothly with no problems. Our furnace runs excellent. The people were very friendly. In fact, we had used the company for years in two other houses we owned.

We definitely were happy that we had such good quality professionals doing the work. We had a few quotes for the job and everyone was pretty much right in the same price range. The guy who did the work was friendly. He answered all of the questions we had. He gave us a few pointers for ideas we may want to do in the future with gas. He was very knowledgeable in his field of work.

I have used Global previously before for another house of mine. This is actually the second house they have installed a unit into. I am actually having them do a third house here real soon. I feel that they are a very knowledgeable company and they work well. Their pricing is pretty fair and their work is outstanding. They work very quickly and they always clean up before they leave. I have nothing bad to say about them at all.

The technician did a thorough job with the cleaning and inspection on our system. We are always satisfied with the job he does. Our system runs very well and it is maintained properly. He is very polite, friendly and professional The price is great also.
