East Tennessee Pest Control

We paid a lot of money (i dont want to say how much) to this company up front to come in and treat for bed bugs, which they guaranteed they would do. After they came in the first time, we had to call to try to get them back because they didnt attempt to get into where the bed bugs lived. We agreed to put holes in our walls so they could get the insecticide into the walls, our beds all had plastic on them, we got rid of the living room furniture we had the same day they came in, and we followed everything they told us we would have to do to get rid of these pests. They set off foggers in our house but didn't do the follow ups that were supposed to include stakes in the yard, spraying twice a month, and spraying into the walls that we cut holes in and even took down so they would have full access to get rid of the bed bugs.. We noticed within a month that the bed bug problem was worse than ever. When we called to have them come out and follow through on the guarantee, they cancelled 5 appointments in 2 months, then said we had to pay for those appointments. We told them that the contract we signed guaranteed that they would get rid of the bed bugs and we were not paying them more money to do what they were contracted to do. The people who were supposed to come to the house didn't show up or called at the last minute to cancel repeatedly until we got upset enough and gave up. We wasted all that money and had a worse issue after than we did before. We finally got rid of the bed bugs ourselves which costed us another $3000. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if they really want to get rid of the bugs. We also contracted for them to get rid of other bugs in our home and when they stopped showing up for appointments, we refused to pay them the money for those services. I refused to pay for people to come spray for bugs when they weren't showing up.

We had to be gone that day and I made arrangements for a friend to be there to let them in.  The bug men were able to come early and my friend wasn't there yet so they went on and sprayed the outside!  Managed to get hold of them before they were too far away and they came back and did the inside.  I had called my parents to run over while they were close and my friend just happened to show up and meet the guys in the drive.  She didn't have my check for them and they were awesome saying just mail it later!  Who does that anymore?  My folks ended up getting there before they left and paid them but I was so impressed by them.  They did a great job, couldn't even tell they had been there, very clean!  The spray worked great too.  I would use them again without a second thought!  Great people!
