Called the morning they were scheduled to do the work and said their tree trimmer was out that day and had to reschedule for the next day. They started approximately 10am the following day and it took them most of the day. They didn't have an extension pole trimmer with them and some of the limbs were too flimsy to climb out on, so those few limbs went uncut. They did a so-so job cleaning up the branches and wood chips at the end of the day. The three workers were polite and respectful.
