We needed to have an existing bathroom vanity removed, hauled away, and, after another contractor installed new flooring, MNM was to install a new vanity. MNM was prompt and professional about responding. They gave me a written estimate itemizing the work they would do. The work was done as promised and the workmanship was excellent. The new vanity required some unexpected rerouting of the plumbing and repositioning the mirror above the vanity, which was done for the cost of plumbing materials, and a nominal labor charge for repositioning the mirror.

I needed the floor cleaned as best as possible after hanging & mudding NEW sheetrock, then painted. We needed the sheet rock dust GONE to stop tracking white footprints all over the rest of the house! They did a great job, and once we get this project finished, I'll have them back to clean up the rest of the construction debris. Highly recommend them, and may hire them on a recurring basis.

Work was don't timely. At a fair price. They did a complete deep cleaning and now come every other week for regular cleaning. It's the cleanest our home has been. No regrets in hiring MNM!
