They started and finished when they said they would! Awesome! While the workmanship was good, their punctuality as far as communication and returning phone calls is something left to be desired. It took a long time to get in contact with someone initially. The original estimate was vague but after some time and multiple phone calls later we finally got a clear detailed estimate. The price was excellent! The crew that came out was nice and did a good job. Gary and Charlie were both very knowledgeable and professional. They had a tough project to complete, as this house needs a ton of TLC, but they did a good job with what they had to work with. We would have liked to have seen a few spots with newer materials used, but understand that for the price and the amount of work that was completed it could have been a lot more expensive. Our biggest complaint is getting someone to call back. We have left messages for both Gary and Charlie since the project was completed and paid for and have yet to hear back. I would use them again, if they would call back.

We have had leaks or shingles fall off of at least half of the apartment buildings they have put roofs on. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to get someone to call back.

They put a roof on for me about 7-8 years ago. When a bad hail storm came through about a year ago it had to be replaced. They came right out to check on it and they did a great job replacing it the second time. They replaced the roof and gutter. The price seemed better and the quality seemed better than most other companies.

The roof this company put on my house after the bad hail storm of 2011 leaked and caused damage to the interior. I have had to file a law suit for damages and can not discuss the details.
