First Realty Group

In March of 2013 my wife and I headed south to TN to scout out a new home and get an idea of prices.  The goal was to have a fair amount of land and a ranch type house as she is disabled and in a wheel chair.  This home would become our retirement place.  We did extensive web searched in TN for some properties that fit our profile and identified about 9 homes.  The one with FRG was the first on the list and last to visit.   After seeing a couple of days worth of houses we shot down to this one and met Yvonne.  She helped us in and gave us the time to see all the rooms, and the property answering questions and allowing us our own time to talk.  My wife fell in love at first sight.  We signed the papers and went home.  Yvonne made several trips to the house with a contractor and her camera to get me updated pictures and also to get an estimate on some custom handicap access work we'd need.   She also helped me with getting a top shelf inspection company,  lawyer,  and title company.  She had a few minor glitches,  found in the inspection at the house, repaired .  Soon after the title / closing company found we needed to have a new survey and agreements done on some of the borders of the propery.  After a time the survey was signed off on and everything passed underwriting.   A few logistical burps and hiccups happened on the mortgage process due to time limits, but in the end we got a new house.
During this time,  Yvonne and Bob were there for us whenever we called and thoroughly explained the situation and what they were doing on their end,  as we were up north and they were down there.  Fortunately it all worked out and everyone went home satisfied.   I would highly recommend Yvonne and First Realty Group to anyone looking for housing, land, or any of the products and services they perform.  In our estimation they are the best weve ever dealt with and did an outstanding job.
