RIcky was not the low bid of four bidders. His bid was approximately in the middle. He helped us red line our plans as we had a few things that we wanted changed. The thing I'm most impressed with is Ricky's attention to detail and concern about structural integrity. We decided to do a fee plus cost construction. Each month we received a statement with all the actual paid bills attached. If Ricky received a discount (eg. for early payment of concrete, etc.) this was passed on to us. If there were excess materials they were returned and we received the credit on the next month's billing. Ricky was very good about consulting with us on all the details of the construction from start to finish.
