Sincerely wish I had never hired this company. The owner (Robert) was extremely unprofessional- He miscommunicated the project and insisted he was right to the point of YELLING AT ME in my yard. I told him to LEAVE my property which he then loaded his truck and yelled in the middle of my street that I was not a Christian!! The tree he charged me$300.00 for died even with all the rain we have had. He tried to sell me his warranty for $500.00 but I refused. Would never recommend this company. When I spoke to his workers before the incident, they said this is typical Robert by not being organized or communicating properly.

They were good in evaluating a 60yr old Maple & what needed be done to save it , 25-30% of the tree was trimmed away because of rot , my only complaint is the cost they are somewhat pricey compared to smaller tree services , I paid $500 for this project where before I have paid $400 to have an entire Maple tree cut down , I went with this company because the previous company was unavailable , I am a retired senior & felt I paid too much but needed the work done within a few weeks , this is the only complaint I have the work was done in a good & timely fashion & the lead crew man is outstanding.....Thomas Miller , South Knoxville

They came out with a cherry picker and a dump truck for the debris and mulching. The branches were scraping the roof and side of our house by bedroom windows. I was really happy they cut those branches down. They pruned a Sweet Gum tree, a Bradford Pear growing around the powerlines.It was a very high tree. I wanted all the branches cut below the powerlines and they did it! We were so happy I was really impressed. They cleaned everything up as if they were not even here. Dale, Donovan and David were all involved in tree trimming. Marshall came out and did the stumping. I cant say enough about them and couldnt be happier. They did a great job. When I need them again I want the same crew Dale, David, Donovan and Marshall out here.

Excellent qualified staff. won't know quality of work until done in cooler weather. A little pricey, but expect the best for the money!

Mr. Nellis was knowledgeable and through in handling the task I requested from him. His staff and himself were excellent in completing the assignment and cleanup was superb. We used Tip Top for Wentworth Townhomes and was very pleased with their service. Our development hadn't trimmed trees in 18 yrs, therefore we had to have some extensive trimming and tree removal done. It was great working with Robert and Tim. We got 7 quotes from other tree services, but was most impressed with Tip Top. We will definitely use them again.

I was always concerned about this large black oak being that it was between all the power lines between me and my neighbors house, the contractor di show up a day later than scheduled but was very apologetic about the mix up. The crew was very professional and did a great job. I don't have to look up and worry about what part of that tree is coming down every time I walk outside. GREAT JOB.

Reasonably priced, completed removing two 60' white pines and their stumps in the same day, along with removing all debris. I had 4 trees removed. The service showed up as promised and completed the work in a timely manner. No mess whatsoever! Very easy to get a quote and schedule the work. Insurance information was provided.

These guys worked quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. They really knew their stuff about the different species of trees that we had in our yard, and how to properly take care of them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Terrific work for the price. Will hire again!
