I used a coupon out of a magazine to hire Steam-Dri carpet cleaners. I usually have my carpet cleaned every two months using whatever coupon is available, due to my old dog. I can honestly say that Steam-Dri was the first company EVER to completely get rid of the pet odor 100% using a special treatment and it's now been 3 weeks. I will only hire them as my carpet cleaners from now on. Those of you with pet odors should give these folks a try! The people I dealt with were all nice and easy to work with.
