I've been doing business with Jack Reed (owner) for years
and will continue doing so.  They are really great people!

Northwest Glass seem to be responsive and reasonable. The work was fine, simple, and there were no issues.

Work was performed on Sunday due to this being a retail store.
Northwest removed old double doors at my business.
Installed double doors with glass insert above doors. It took approximately 4 hours to install the doors.
Very professional and on time.
I would definitely use them again.

During a wind storm on 6/20/12 my neighbor's umbrella blew into my sunroom window and shattered the glass. She was out of town. The next morning I called my insurance agent who recommended Northwest Glass. I called them, and they sent a worker out that day to measure the window. That afternoon Jack Reed, the owne called me with the cost (not an estimate)! He said it would take two weeks because it had to be special ordered. Two weeks to the day he called to tell me the glass was in and to schedule a time to install it. He was willing to work with my work schedule. I happened to be off that day, so he came out that morning and within 30 minutes the glass was installed. It fits perfectly and looks beautiful. The worker who installed it was courteous, professional and kept the area clean. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. The cost was exactly what he told me in the beginning it would be.
