 + -1 moreWe use geothermal. He let me believe he was knowledgeable about that and turns out he was not. I had to hire someone else to come in and redo all his work.
Description of Work: He would not come back and repair problems. He led me to believe he was well versed in the kind of heat and air unit I needed.
