Nathan Kleumper is the prime contact. He represents Garrett Construction in the field. He has a number of different subs - electrical, excavation, building/construction, roofing, etc. We have worked well with the electrical contractor who is skilled, the excavator and foundation subcontractor, the framers, and Nathan is knowledgeable about building materials and products. He recommended an architect which has worked well. He has done what he said he would do, worked around the weather, supervised crews, provided updates, and met with us weekly, worked with the City of Oak Ridge in the permitting process. We started the relationship with a roof replacement, and were impressed enough to hire him to do this current remodeling. The owner of Garrett has been out to see the site as well.
