Folden Construction

While not the cheapest bid I got for the work, I think the extra money got me a better quality job. The workers were more than professional and knew their stuff. Put in the proper footings, did the concrete work correctly and put in two retaining walls. Showed up even when the weather wasn't so great. They cleaned up after themselves and restored the damage the heavy equipment did to my yard. Chris the owner is meticulous and a bit anal about proper construction and professional results while still being pleasant to work with.. Didn't even mind my frequent questions; I liked that. An example: the decking was pre-stained before being installed so that all the seams would look nice. This is the 2nd job Chris has done for me. The last one was much smaller, but the same great quality.
