They came promptly to do the estimate and scheduled the cleaning soon afterward.  There were a couple of delays due to bad weather, but a crew of 2 showed up at the time scheduled.  They took about 4 hours to complete the job.  In addition to cleaning the chandelier in the foyer, they replaced the light bulbs.   This had been impossible for me to do myself because of its height and location.  The windows looked great afterward - no streaks or smudges.  The crew was courteous, careful and professional and did not leave a mess.  

The Company advertised half-off prices for cleaning windows inside and out, chandeliers and gutters.  I thought the work was well worth the price.
