We were new to Tennessee, and needed guidance in all aspects of finding and purchasing a home here. We worked with Kerri Medina over the course of 5 months to find the home that best met our criteria. Kerri worked many long hours on our behalf to help us find potential homes, view homes, research the property, evaluate the quality and prices and finally complete the inspection and sales process. Kerri was a joy to work with; she was patient, kind, resourceful and creative in finding the best property for us, which we eventually purchased. I would recommend Kerri, without reservation
