COOKS TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL

After calling and complaining about wasp in the attic. Tonight I have a life wasp sitting in my hall under the attic stairway. Jeff states they can not go in the attic unless the attic has a walk board and they can only spray once every 6 months. They sprayed two months ago. I suppose I can get wasp stings for the next 4 months and that is okay with the pest control that I pay $37 a month!

We use cooks for termites and general household bugs. They have a great warranty, but most importantly, they are the nicest, more punctual people to work with. We first contacted Cooks when we found our new house was infested with fleas; they came out right away (unlike the big name companies) and took care of the problem immediately. We also use them for termite service; they have a great warranty and the service is reasonably priced. But mostly, they are so nice. Any time we have a question or a new issue (current=wasps) they are on it, and prompt with sercice. 

They are doing really well on schedule. Overall, the job is going pretty good. We don't even have to call him or anything. He just gets us scheduled. He leaves a bill at the door. With regard to professionalism, service and cleanup, they did really well because I couldn't even tell they have been here. Except when I go outside, I can see that the little covers are uncovered from the mulch that we have out there. That's the only way I can tell that they have been here, and also the bill on the door. I don't know whether they did it or not, but things are uncovered. That's the only drawback; I don't know if they truly did it. I would really like to know that they are coming and at least know that they put it in. With regard to responsiveness, they came out when we told them to, and they followed up. With regard to professionalism, I have never seen him. My husband took care of that part. I guess he was pleased with him because he hasn't complained.

The guys come every month like clockwork and do a fantastic job!

They're great! Very professional. They call first to make an appointment before they come over. They're very punctual, they arrive on time.

I have no problems with them. They were very prompt and do what they advertised. I compared their processes and they process was the best. They were very courteous.

I think they are great, do good work and have reasonable pricing. If we have any problems, they will come right out.

We have a contract with them and they come once a month. They are a Christian company. It's been a year since I have established a contact with them. We don't have any interaction with them anymore, but in the beginning I was impressed because it was a Christian company and they were responsive to our needs and solved our problem. I don't have a clue about their punctuality, because you don't have to be home when they come.

cooks replaces the bait quarterly and submits a report. there is no way to know if all is as they say. now that they use the baited containers, who knows if the service is effective. my only complaint relates to the following: cooks told me i needed a new ground cover under my house and i paid for its total replacement. they told me later that one area was hard to get to and "looked OK" so they didn't replace that part. so now my new cover is only as good as the old piece and will obviously need to be replaced prematurely.

I think they are a very reliable, professional company.

Cooks Termite and Pest Control was very reliable. They did great work. It was obvious their efforts have worked as there have been no problems with bugs, ants or termites since we called them. They were respectful of our home and very tidy.

This was a very good company and they were prompt and honest. They were economically fit and competitive also. They had a great service and didn t have a problem going above and beyond. For example, if we noticed an ant hill before they were due to come back, they would send someone right out to take care of it. They didn t charge you extra either as it was just part of their service.

We have always been pleased with their work, the only problem that we had was with ants and I realized that they pretty much come and go at will, but we were pleased with the company.

I was having problems with ants, so I called Cooks Pest Control. They were very prompt and friendly in their line of work. They sprayed inside of our home for ants one time and it eliminated the problem. They sprayed the outside and guaranteed the work. We were definitely satisfied.

Cooks Pest Control was very reliable and very knowledgeable of all insects that you can think of. Our only problem was with termites. They did a great job at keeping the termites away. We have always been satisfied with the services they rendered.

They were reliable and knowledgeable about the many different kinds of insects that they came out to eliminate. They were very polite and they always assured us of the effect of their pesticides and they were normally always people and pet friendly.

I had Cooks come out and inspect my home mainly for termites. They only had to spray one time to get rid of the pests. They were very professional in their line of work and knew how to solve the problem.

Cook's Termite and Pest Control comes year round to check our home for termites and pests. If they see the slightest sign of infestation they acted on it immediately. So far they have done a great job of keeping them away and we really appreciated their services.

We've used Cooks for five years and they come monthly for regular bugs plus annually for termite inspections and treatment which is extra. We don't see any bugs in between their visits.

I have used Cooks for the past seven years and have never had any bug problems in my home. They come out twice a year and check for any unwanted pests in and around the home and do some spraying.
