Aardvark Roof Repair

Two weeks later, leak appeared again after storm.  Contacted Aardvark (Gordon), he indicated he would return a take another look.  That was the last I heard from him.  Work was guaranteed.......wasn't honored.

They did a good job on the estimate. They scheduled the work in a timely way. However, there are further repairs that need to be done. I am trying to get in touch with guy to get the work done. He had fixed leaks in my roof. He stuck to the estimate, which was about $900. I thought he did a good job, but apparently there are certain leaks that didn?t get addressed. That will need to be fixed. He came out to do the work promptly, stuck to the estimate, and was very professional. He also cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use him again in the future.

After a heavy rain storm I found a water stain on the soffit in the kitchen over the stove, so I called Aardvark Roof Repair because I had used them once before, several years ago. Gordon returned my call that evening and would have come the next day, but I had a prior committment so we set an appointment for the following day. He came right on time, checked the entire roof, found the bad area around the stove vent, gave me an estimate, and did the repair work right then. I liked the fact that he took a picture, with his cell phone, of the damaged area so that I could see it. I would call him again if I have any additional roof problems.

Excellent. I spoke to the owner, Gordon Lynch, upon my first attempt to reach this business. I called Monday after 5PM and he promised to come Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) at noon. He arrived early, did a complete inspection of the roof as requested, and gave me an estimate for the two areas I knew were problems. He indicated the remainder of the roof is in very good condition. He performed the work and as far as I know it will be satisfactory.

They were prompt when I called, and they patched the roof in a timely manner. They would replace shingles with new ones whenever needed. I have used them several times and would use them again. They have always been polite and cleaned up everything.

This company did a fine job repairing my roof. I felt that they were respectful of my property, and they did not make a mess. They took their time to figure out the exact problem too. They were not in a big hurry to get the work done as quickly as possible. This made me think that they wanted to be thorough about their services. I liked this very much.

I was happy. I was surprised that all the new material on the siding matched the old siding on the other parts of the house. You can not even tell that there was any damage when they were done.

Aardvark Roof Repair did a poor job on our roof. The water does not run off the roof properly in the repaired area. The workers were friendly and everything. They were receptive to making the needed corrections to our roof after their work. I do not think that I would use their services again.

Ardvark did a good job repairing the roof. I am just a tad bit uncertain with them. The replacement of the roof came with a three year warranty, but, I have already had to have them back twice so far. However, when they came back they never charged me a dime and they did fix the problem. I think they are a little bit high priced, but, not really. The final bill included all of the repair work, the spray and water proofing around the chimney.

The company was very good about coming to do such a small job. Their materials they used were good and there hasn t been any problems with leaks since they fixed it. They cleaned up really well and hauled all of the old junk away.
