Mr. Rickel arrived right on time. We did not know the exact location of our tank, however he located it on the first try. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and was pleasant and effecient.

Mr. Rickel showed up just when he said he would. He and his team even dug under a fence to get the hose to our septic tank. He found a tree root problem we have with our tank and removed a lot of the roots and then told us to buy some RidX to remove the rest of them. He was a very nice person to work with.
