Our insurance company ended up dropping us due to the negligence and poor quality of work from their workers. The very first day they came to start to clean up, they actually started another fire in the office. We were told that it was our fault by the insurance company. We were not treated with much respect. People started becoming very short with us. They would pretty much show up when they wanted to. We don't know the actual price as we just had to pay a $500 deductible. We would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

"I do not recall the situations that lead to this particular instance. I do know that the owner of the company had a severe auto accident in Georgia 10-19-06 and was in intensive care at a Macon hospital then transfered to Vanderbilt rehab in Jan 07. He did not return to overseeing the company until May-June 07.. This is not an excuse just an explanation of the time this happened. During this year we had been working on over 300 claims from the May tornado in Gallatin and surrounding areas. I am sorry for your displeasure with our work but we do not control what insurance companies do or who they cancel. Quality work and customer satisfaction is what we strive for at Insurance Contractors. Thanks Scott"

The estimate was higher then what they said it would be. It took Scott Hutton too long to schedule me for the job, and then it took them too long to complete it.
