David was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out within a couple of hours, figured out what the problem was then fixed it! I was concerned that I needed a new unit. He check it out and cleaned it up and let me know that after he replaced the fan motor, the unit was in great condition. I sure appreciate the fact that he was honest! This is the only company I will use from this point forward!
