Very disappointed with my experience. Everything related to the actual work is very rushed. They have supervisors come out before the job is finished to sign off on the work. No one showed me any pictures or talked through what was done at the end. I had to ask one of the foreman as he was leaving if he could show us what was done. He seemed surprised I would ask. As a result we were left with an incomplete repair, trash on our property, and damage to our property. I had to call the salesman to get him to come out and he agreed what we had been left with was atrocious. If I hadn't called we would have been stuck with shoddy work, trash, and damage - that's their standard. We scheduled a call back that was a month out to give them plenty of time to get organized and make sure we were getting what we paid for. I was supposed to get refunded for part of the job and I've never seen a dime. The salesman was good enough to include another jack free of cost which I really appreciated. But on the morning of the call back, the crew had no idea about the jack or where to put it, so it was another morning of trying to light a fire under these people to keep their word. This isn't a dishwasher on the fritz, this is my home and tens of thousands of dollars. The lack of organization and respect for me and my home is inexcusable. So I wrote an email to the GM, thinking he'd take some ownership of what had happened and I'd at least get an apology and they'd work internally on improving. Not only did I not get an apology, he was defensive and said it was a "good repair." If that is the standard of a good repair, I'd hate to see a bad one. I'm going to have everything inspected by a structural engineer and will go from there. I've been treated with more respect buying fast food. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had no idea what I was getting into or what USS would do. But they explained it well, I felt the price was fair, the work was efficient, the guy who did the work was super, and the results were just what I needed to keep my concrete driveway from needing to be replaced.

Well informed on the process, crew and contractor were great and trusted them to do the job properly. I would hire them again with any structural concerns. The sales person, Chris, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process

Nick and his coworker waterproofed the wall and redirected the water flow. They did a great job in repairing the crack in the brick wall that matched the mortar perfectly. Nick repaired cracks in my front stairs perfectly. Upon completing the job, they cleaned up and reseeded my yard. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with their work. Another team came in and installed structural beams in the ceiling downstairs. The problem was addressed and they did a great job.

I thought it really went well. We had cracks, but since we get our house re painted have not seen any new cracks.

Took a long time to get around to it. Guess they were busy and it had rained a lot. Job done well. Men were hard working and courteous. This is a foundation repair, time will tell how it does over time.

USS came and gave us an estimate in the rain. A very patient guy explained everything and then looked at every inch of the outside and basement to create a drawing for the team. He explained that some of the work may be one of two ways and he would let us know on the actual estimate which way is best. He had looked at the structural engineer's report before he came out and agreed with all of the suggestions made therein, and suggested a process and a timeframe for the work. They were able to work us in before the end of the year and completed the work within the stated time-frame even with a holiday weekend in the mix. The workmen were professional and did not litter in my yard or basement. If we need further work done, USS is tops on our list.

AWESOME! Guys got there when they said they would. Work done when they said as well. I HOPE I don't have to use them again but if I do, the work definitely will be with them. Now my floors don't creak and my stove doesn't look like it's about to fall through the floor.

Responded very promptly to our request; came out to the house on time and evaluated the issue - identified that it was very minor, but gave us detailed criteria on what to watch for in the future. Really appreciated that they did not try to force unneeded work on us and were very honest and transparent.

From the very beginning this company has been great. Initially,Larry spent alot of time inspecting, measuring, and evaluating our house and water problem. He also listened to our concerns. He worked with us on the detailed treatment plan to fix our water problem. I had several questions . He returned my emails and text in a timely manner. The work began when scheduled. The two men that worked on this project were professional, kind, very capable. The job took ~2 weeks. These guys worked steady and every day. They frequently ask us if we had questions. My wife and I have been very pleased with the job done by this company. I am so glad we had them do the work. Thank you United Structural Systems!

USS employee came on time, actually even early. He was very polite and explained everything that I wanted to know. He had to hand dig because there were electrical wires buried under the ground where the support needed to go. He had to go at least 3ft down on a hot and humid day, but he got it done quickly and was on his way. The young man patched the cracks, so that I am unable to tell the difference between that and the original mortar. It was expensive but slightly less than a quote that I got from another company. I am very please with the work.

This company has been prompt, honest, and courteous since our first interaction. The work was started on schedule and the cost was just as they had estimated. The workers arrived on time each morning and worked diligently. Lunches were eaten in their truck so they never left the work site. They stayed each day until they had accomplished what needed to be finished to stay on schedule. A thorough clean up was done each day before they left. We will use them again if another issue ever arises. We are pleased with the way our entire project was executed.

house showed some hair line vertical crack in front the house. request quote ...USSTN Bruce came and went around my house and proposed about 23 piers or about 23000$. wow. Just hairline on my front of the hous. less than 1/8 th inch width. I got any company estimate and suggest only pier support my porch and may need on my side if concerned. I went back to USSTN since better review in the Web or Angieslist and asked for re- estimate and end up for 8 piers . Well he told me installer takes good care my landscape. plant will be removed and protect root. I asked him twice since it is my front of the house with these mature landscape. Well he reassured me about my shrub and told me "tuck point" will be done for my hairline crack my front, I can even know it repaired. Installation took 4 days since raining. My evergreen shrubs were digged and left off the ground for few days separately. Work was done, piers were installed and Shrubs were placed back but my front of the house crack which is the main issue I needed or noticed was not done and then my shrubs are turning yellow and now white. Called the office and got reply" we are not guaranteed the landscape per contrast. I really did the WRONG decision to get USSTN .It is looked bad for my house in Brentwood and now I host for graduation party this week with dying large shrubs or bushes.... IF you want to change your house landscape, go for this company for your foundation repair.

This was agreed upon and mailed, but unfortunately, not referenced in Mr. [Member name] review."
