Excellent inspector. We've had a lot of inspections over the years for new homes and That One Inspector was the best so far. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. He spent four hours looking over the house and found electrical and plumbing problems, which the previous home owner then fixed. Great value for the cost of an inspection!
