Eve Helm

From the beginning Eve has been amazing. We weren't exactly sure if we even wanted to buy, but she gladly helped us anyway. Then we didn't know if we wanted to look for something with acreage or a foreclosure to rent in the future or any number of other possibilities. She helped us work through the process of deciding which route was best for us. We finally chose to look for something cozy, rural, with acreage, and where we could raise children peacefully. Eve sent us bunches of suggestions, but none of them were quite what we were looking for. She quickly recognized what we did or did not want and was able to point us towards two potential investment homes since we were having trouble finding our "dream" home. The first house we bid on was a great opportunity, but nothing we couldn't live without. It was a good thing because by the time we decided to make an offer it had already come under contract. The second house we bid on was much the same as the first. One afternoon I received an excited phone call from Eve. She said that she had found our dream home and that we needed to pounce so we wouldn't lose out. Her ability to discern what we wanted was so accurate it was almost scary. My wife immediately fell in love and wanted to buy before we even saw it! Eve worked above and beyond what should be expected of a real estate agent by generating a bid at the wee hours of the weekend and was able to submit our successful bid in no time at all. The entire process has been amazingly trouble free and confidence building. Two times during the paperwork process she had already discovered an issue and addressed it before I even received word from my banker. She is a rock star! The bottom line is that Eve Helm is an amazing and professional real estate agent and I would not hesitate to send my closest friends and relatives to see her!
