Majestic Air

Marc has been doing the twice a year service for our home for a couple
years now.  Always professional, always very polite and always on time.
The first time he visited our homes, he  made us aware of any little things he noticed about our units.  Our son had a loose duct in the attic that we didnt know, and he attached it back and also noticed a plugged up overflow in the attic and fixed that for us and it didnt cost us any extra...
Will never use anyone else again.  We are customers for life :)

Marc was very pleasant and he emailed me several times to let me know that the warranty needed to be transferred within 60 days. We also talked on the phone three times to make sure everything was ok and that I knew how to contact them if I needed.  He also answered all my questions about the warranty.

I had a tenant call with a problem in the condo we just leased to them. I needed same day service and got it! I only had to call one time and got through. No answering machine, just a friendly voice on the other end. Majestic Air is a family owned operation that is top notch professional. The owner himself, Marc, came out and was right on time. Actually a bit early. He got right to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. He showed extensive knowledge and was very helpful in explaining things to me. He even had his office to check and see if my unit was under warranty for me. I didn't have to do a thing. Marc didn't leave until he was sure the problem had been resolved. No loose ends here! I will definitely use them again.
